5 russet potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 medium sized egg
preperation:
peel potatoes, and cut in 1/2 and than cut to 1/4 inch segments
wait till almost mush to strain them with a collender or strainer.
keep 3 TBS of the potato water for the next step
add the water and 1/2 stick butter and heavy cream in a mixing bowl
add the potatoes and whisk with a wooden spoon
after a smooth creamy consistancy add the egg
whisk again till its all mixed in
add salt and pepper to taste
