2.6 Lbs ground beef try for 60% or as close to 60% as possible for leaness
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
1 TBS mckormics french herb seasoning, its a assorted season
3/4 C bread crumbs
1 egg
a good ammount of organic ketchup
2 TBS horseraddish mustard
2 TBS kosher salt
2 TSP black pepper

::bonus::
at the end add a little drizzle of white truffle oil and it will taste 200X better. the oil is pretty expensive tho. ENJOY!

preperation:
preheat oven to 375, mix all ingreadients into a large moxing bowl and mix with your hands, get in their and massage your meat so all the spices can flavor the meatloaf. mince the garlic clove :: crack it with your knife and chop it as finely as possible. small dice the onion as well. when your meatloaf is all mixed up go ahead and put it in a bread pan bake for 35-45 mins and presto you are done
